Moonlight

Because, ‘the warrior knows that intuition is God’s alphabet and he continues listening to the wind and talking to the stars’ – From, The Warrior of the Light, Paulo Coelho

So sing and dance

In loves strange pull

Though you may not

See it-

Dance still

To let go!

Music of the River…

“The river is now. This moment. This breath between us. The space between your heartbeats. The moment before you blink. The instant a thought flashes through your mind. It is everything that is around us. Life. Energy. Flowing, endlessly flowing, carrying you from then…to now…to tomorrow. Listen: you can hear the music of it. Of the passage of time.”

the spirit has a Spirit that is calling it’ – Rumi

The sun started to settle into its cave, the sky changed its shades, conjuring magic in the air. Specks of glitter floated on the surface of the breeze encircling her…

She was a reckless, wondering soul; lost in her wild emotions… and so she bent down to reach out for the cool water, slipping wildly on her skin, becoming dripping drops. The strange, wet air was perfect for her to wonder and lose herself in it. There where, the three elemental forces of nature met, she stood. Thinking that somehow, by standing, where earth and water met, she too, would fuse in the wind and become insignificant particles of dust, freeing herself of the slavery of this world.

the music moved in waves all around…

The music of the violin stirred like honey, wrapping her up in joy and ecstasy. She could taste it on her lips. Could feel it drip inside her soul. It moved in waves all around her. It moved in waves all around the audience, swirling them up in its bliss.

The spotlight shone one her face. Its bright light itched her eyes. She flinched a little. Then inhaled deep the sugary scent of the honey music notes. Someone had told her it was best to sing from the stomach.

Then, she became one with the sugary fluid of the music of the violin. Her voice, a whisper at the start, gained strength as she flowed along with the music. Her hand warmed on the mike. The lyrics came easily to her, from the back of her mind, from somewhere deep inside her soul. The music notes gelled in with her voice, her voice gelled in with the music. She tasted honey on her tongue, the honey became her beautiful breathing…

Whispered Secrets…

She embraced the sandy shore with a ferocity which would rouse interest in a curious Soul. Her waves, rushing, colliding and pressing, drew grains of sand into her.

I was nothing more than just a seashell entangled between the folds of her waves.

How could the Sea be so mysterious? Why did it smell so powerfully of a long lost fragrance? Of another Soul?

I knew it held deep secrets- but what were they?

Why was I a seashell with no music?
